Terms & booking conditions.
The basis on which we take bookings for retreats and stays.
LAST UPDATED AUGUST 2026
How a booking is made
There is no automated booking or payment system on this site. Every stay is arranged directly with Pom by WhatsApp or email. A booking exists only once we have confirmed your dates to you in writing and you have confirmed back.
Prices
Prices published on this site are in U.S. dollars, per person, and cover the programme described on the relevant page. Prices may change for dates that are not yet confirmed; the price we confirm to you in writing is the price that applies to your booking.
Included in a stay: daily yoga practice, three daily meals (a light breakfast, lunch, and dinner), nature trails and bike rides, use of the pool, and pick-up at Khon Kaen Airport (KKC).
Not included: flights, massages, tours away from the farm, meals away from the farm, shopping, and personal training.
Payment, deposits, and cancellation
The deposit, the payment schedule, and what happens if you or we cancel are confirmed to you in writing before you commit to a booking. We do not publish a standard deposit percentage or refund schedule here until it has been agreed.
Travel and insurance
You are responsible for your own passport, visa, flights, and travel arrangements. We strongly recommend holding travel insurance that covers medical care, medical evacuation, and trip cancellation for the whole of your trip. We do not recommend a particular insurer.
Accommodation
There are four accommodations on the property: Chann One, Chann Two, Chann Three, and the Pool Pavilion. Places are limited. Whether accommodation is included in a given retreat price, and which accommodation you will have, is confirmed to you in writing before booking.
Programme changes
The daily schedule may be adjusted according to the needs of the group, teacher guidance, weather, or operational considerations. Where a change is material, we will tell you.
Behaviour on the farm
Chann Jiva is a working farm and a family home as well as a retreat. We ask guests to respect the property, the animals, the staff, and the other guests, and to follow instructions given for safety.
Governing law
Chann Jiva operates from Maha Sarakham, Thailand.
